I’ve seen a couple other bloggers do this (most recently Joanna) and thought I’d give it a whirl. I’m always looking for inspiration for posts so that they might be interesting to read. š
18 Weeks
*How far along?: 18 weeks
*Total weight gain: Approximately 3 pounds. Don’t be jealous, I gained a ton of weight at the end of my first pregnancy. My time will come.
*How big is baby?: Sweet Potato (Average size: 5.6 in, 6.7 oz)
*Sleep?: I find myself waking every couple hours for no apparent reason. No extra bathroom trips so far.
*Best moment this week?: The fabulous morning I had with my daughter on Thursday. I baked blueberry muffins, which she loved, and she amused herself while I did a few chores. She’d always been very independent – until I got pregnant. š
*Movement?: I’m starting to feel like the baby is a fish and I’m the fish bowl. Whenever I’m still I can feel flutters.
*Food cravings?: None now. First trimester it was potatoes.
*Labor signs?: No, thankfully.
*Belly button in or out?: In
*What I miss: The energy and ease of movement I had before I got pregnant. I really didn’t realize how good it had gotten until it was gone.
*What Iām looking forward to: My gender ultrasound on Wednesday!!!
I can’t wait to hear your precious baby’s gender!! š
Me neither! Just 38 hours to go! š
I love the “fish in the fishbowl” analogy, that’s so totally true about those fluttery feelings!
Now… it’s Thursday, so where’s the update? Is it a boy or a girl??
Also, thanks for stopping by earlier and your advice on the laptop, I’m definitely going to check out the HP that you mentioned! š
It’s another girl! I’ve been daydreaming and window shopping since I found out. š
