An Announcement Mar 28

It’s time to tell the world, as nervous as that makes me…

I’m pregnant.

Child #2 will be joining our family sometime around October 23rd.

I want another girl. 😉 We already have SO MUCH girl stuff, it would ease some of the purchasing strain and keep the bank account from being completely empty. I really cannot wait for another kid to love me like my 2 year old does.

But. I must confess. I HATE pregnancy.

My reflux has already started coming back, there have been issues with nausea, my boobs HURT (probly TMI, but hey, it happens), and I could sleep all day long.

I hate it.

And the hate makes it that much harder to push through the side effects.

But there’s always a silver lining somewhere, and mine is knowing that the huge family gathering for Thanksgiving will be here this year, there will be more excitement at Christmas, and by the time 2012 rolls in, we’ll have found our rhythm as a family of four and…

Omg, a family of four. How did that happen? Don’t answer that… 😉

Congratulations on number 2. We added number 3 8 months ago tomorrow and still wonder how that happened (yeah, don’t answer that!)

CONGRATULATIONS Erin. That’s so very exciting, come October. I sooooo feel for you. I felt exactly the same way when I was pregnant the second time. I hated every minute of it save those times when the kicks were neat (before they became rib bruisers and woke me in the night). Hang in there and take good care of yourself!

Congratulations on your pregnancy!! I hope your reflux gets better and that you can enjoy this pregnancy! Will you find out the gender when you can? I totally wanted a girl and then had a boy… and now I’m so in love with little boys! 🙂 I would gladly have another, though I love the idea of having a girl too – dress-up and tea parties every now and then? Yes please!

We will definitely find out the gender when we can! I’m the type who needs to plan and by the perfect for us baby needs and wants! Before my daughter, I wanted a boy, but now I want a second daughter just like my first. Mostly, I’m interested in a happy, healthy baby. 🙂
